With the growth of Greenstep, we are now seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant to work on system implementations. This service is new to us, and we hope to find someone for this role who is enthusiastic about developing and learning new things.
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions and a strong ability to analyze business requirements and implement effective EPM strategies. This role requires a blend of technical skills and business acumen to help our clients optimize their financial processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. In the ideal case, you’d be a talent equipped with group-level financial skills and knowledge.
At Greenstep, you will be part of a developing team and the early stages of our new business. You will have the opportunity to influence the team’s growth and be involved from the beginning in delivering a new service. We hope you bring enthusiasm and capability for sales activities in the business, supported by your team. You will actively participate as part of the project team in system implementations and work closely with other specialist, and the project manager.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Design, and implement Oracle EPM applications. It is important to customize EPM solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Your experience and background:
- Proven experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) end-to-end implementations. Ideally, you’d have at least 3-4 years of experience with Oracle EPM. The role also offers challenges for more experienced professionals.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting at the group level.
- Excellent communication skills. In this role, you’ll need to be fluent in English. Skills in Finnish or Swedish language are seen as a great advantage.
- Skills and enthusiasm to engage in pre-sales activities with new clients.
- Experience with other software solutions in Planning and Budgeting, Financial consolidation, Month closing, etc. is seen as an advantage.
