You will be responsible for Design and Deliver Solutions:
• Work closely with global stakeholder community to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored solutions using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
• Consult the various business lines and functions on how to best deploy Salesforce CRM and other solutions of the Salesforce eco-system to generate business benefit and positive impact on sales and services.
• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
• Focus on digitalization of sales and fulfillment processes and end-to-end data and process integrations along the value chain.
• Support the continued build-out of key reports, dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
• Drive mobile use and enhance usability of existing solutions
• Utilize your advanced experience with Salesforce configurations and customization and recommend new features to optimize the platform usage.
• Coach team members in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
• Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.
• Provide technical specifications, help maintain overall documentation for the business and promote best practices, designing guidelines for security procedures.
Your qualifications
• University degree, preferably majored in Business informatics, economics or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years of working experience with Salesforce Consulting or similar
• International working experience is a plus
• Optional Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong multilingual skills (at least English, Spanish, French) for international collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Strong ability to quickly understand existing internal operations and processes and capability to improve on status quo
• Ideally an understanding and knowledge of the Baggage Handling Industry (Customer, Player, Current State of the Art)
