Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Service Manager, you will take on a pivotal role, responsible for:
- Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
